Hey, Gunny! I was stationed at the Marine Barracks Key West 1974-75 as well. I was there when we had the Assistant Commandant as our guest the the Marine Corps Ball. I was a lance corporal and was promoted to corporal. I spend most of my time as one of the dungaree guards at the ammo dump on Trumbo, then as one of the NCO roving guards on the Naval air station. Also, do you remember a Marine private there who was actually named Dick Darling?
